Denise Boychuk, Ph.D., was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Graduated Carthage College in Kenosha, WI in 1994 with a BA in Physical Education and AA in English. She served with the United States Marine Corps from 1995-2003.  Dr. Boychuk earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2001 from University of Phoenix and earning her licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2006. For seven years she taught at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral level at three different universities.

Clinically, Dr. Boychuk specializes working with trauma, depression and anxiety.
